Acceptance of terms

These terms cover your use of DiviVault, the cloud library service for Divi 5 sites, and the DiviVault website. By creating an account or installing the plugin, you agree to these terms.

The service

DiviVault is a WordPress plugin and a connected cloud account. It lets you save sections, pages, CSS, code snippets, design variables and Theme Options from one Divi 5 site and use them on any other site you connect.

The free plan holds up to 500 layouts and includes the core library tools. Paid plans add unlimited layouts, the layout library and the other features listed on the pricing page.

Accounts and connected sites

You need a DiviVault account to use the plugin. You are responsible for the security of your account and for what happens on the WordPress sites you connect to it.

Each WordPress user on a connected site signs in with their own DiviVault account. You choose who on your team gets access.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page and can change with notice.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not remove content already saved to your library, though access to premium features ends at the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Paid plans, including lifetime licenses, can be refunded within the window described on the refund policy page.

Content you store

You own the layouts, snippets, variables and Theme Options you save to DiviVault. We store them so they can sync to the sites you connect, and we do not use your content for anything else.

Do not save content you do not have the right to store and reuse, such as another party's licensed assets.

Acceptable use

Use DiviVault the way it is designed to be used: to move your own layouts and settings between your own Divi 5 sites. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, resell access without permission, or use it to store or distribute unlawful content.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can close your own account at any time; doing so removes your access to the connected library.

Disclaimers and liability

DiviVault is provided as is, without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will post the new version here with an updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to confirm].
