Refund policy
How and when a DiviVault purchase can be refunded.
Overview
This policy covers refunds for DiviVault's paid plans: monthly, yearly and lifetime. It does not apply to the free plan, which is never charged.
14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of a paid purchase, for any reason. This applies to a new subscription and to a renewal charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@getdivivault.com with the email address on your account and the plan you purchased. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Lifetime licenses
A lifetime license follows the same 14-day window as monthly and yearly plans. After that window, the purchase is final.
