Pricing questions
How am I billed?
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment for one of the 100 licenses in this run, with nothing more to pay.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between monthly, yearly and lifetime from your account at any time. Every paid plan includes the same features, so switching only changes how you pay.
What happens when I reach the 500 layout limit on the free plan?
The exact behaviour is [to be confirmed]. Moving to a paid plan removes the limit.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, a 14-day refund on every paid plan. See the refund policy page (/refund-policy) for details.
Do I need a Divi licence?
Yes. DiviVault works inside Divi 5, and you bring your own Elegant Themes licence. DiviVault does not include one.
Can I use DiviVault on client sites?
Yes, on every site you connect. There are no per-site limits stated.
