What DiviVault collects and how it is handled.
Overview
This page explains what DiviVault collects when you use the plugin, the connected library and the website, and how that information is handled.
Information we collect
We collect a few kinds of information to run the service:
- Account information: your email address and password, used to sign in.
- Connected site information: the WordPress sites you link to your account, so your library can sync to them.
- Content you save: the sections, pages, CSS, code snippets, design variables and Theme Options you choose to store in DiviVault.
- Usage data: basic activity such as sign-ins and which features are used, so we can keep the service reliable.
How we use information
We use account and connected-site information to run the library: signing you in, syncing your saved content across the sites you connect, and processing billing for paid plans.
We do not use the content you save for anything other than showing it back to you on your connected sites.
Data retention
We keep your account and saved content for as long as your account is open. If you close your account, we remove your content within a reasonable time, except where we need to keep records for billing or legal reasons.
Your rights and choices
You can review, export or delete the content saved in your library at any time from inside the plugin. You can also ask us to close your account and remove your data by contacting us.
Children's privacy
DiviVault is a tool for building websites and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
